Cobrinha at London Fight Factory!

What a way to kick start the new year!

Massive thanks to Luiz for arranging a seminar with Cobrinha at the weekend, who gave a masterclass in guard passing; back when I was a purple belt, I had the privilige of picking up Cobrinha from Manchester Airport and looked after him for  the day, as he was over for a seminar tour arranged by Ed Brown.

It was really nice to hook up again and we had a good chat before and after the seminar and now follow each other on social media, something I think is really awesome. Guys like Cobrinha are BJJ royalty, the top guys in the sport and yet still take time to keep in touch with the the average BJJ guys online.  Great stuff!
