Open Mat Visitors!

As you all know, my club has an open door policy, welcoming travelling BJJ warriors from all over the UK and beyond.  This weekend, I had the pleasure of the company of two very good friends of mine, Barry Callow and Tommy Costello who travelled up from the mean streets of Runcorn to attend the Open Mat session.
